Replying to Best places to work in CO for the winter

I am an 18 year old kid from the east coast who wants to do the stereotypical "ski bum" gap year, which actually isnt ski buming at all, more just living and working at a ski resort. I know other people have done similar things, and i would like to know if you have any suggestions on where to work, what job to try to get, how to find a roommate if employee housing is not available, and any tips you might have.
