and I'm kinda from the hamilton area.. like a 30 minute drive.

I spent Canada day in having a heat stroke and being the luckyest fucker in the world. The way it kinda boils down is that if we had said someones name and prevented them from walking off during the concert then we would have gotten into a car crash.

She walked off an met some dude that was also looking for his friends early in the concert. Then she found us and we continued on at the concert. So after the concert was over it was bumper to bumper along this road. There were very few cars coming in the other direction. So on of the guys in the backseat was just like I'm bored lets yell random things at people. So he said something like 'Hello! Canada loves you' and the people kept walking. then the girl that got lost was in the front seat stands up and sits on the windowof the car and shouts 'HEY SEAN' (the guy that she had met earlyer) It turns out that it was the same guy that we said 'Canada loves you' to. (I know this sounds pointless but wait for it) All the while the traffic is moving forwards and there's about a 75ft gap inbetween the car infront of us because we had stopped to talk to sean. all of us aren't wearing seatbelts and two of us 4 where hanging out of the windows. Next thing we know there's a car slamming on the breaks and spinning 90 degress. That car gets T-boned by the car behind it and it rolls and stops right infront of our car. We rushed to the van that rolled and luckly nobody was hurt it was only a woman going into the concert to pickup her kid. If we moved had moved forward we would have been nailed by the van. Just because we stopped in the shade and one of the girls didn't notice that we did.

yo mike - where was that dude? was that on marycroft at the bottom of the hill past the arena? If so I walked by there like a few min after it happened (they took the van off the road and shit). the van got t-boned, it was funny. and one of the dude's I was with (also named Darrell) walked to the vehicle that hit the van and asked 'did you see what happened' not noticing the front end all smashed up. than they said 'yea, we were the other car you fucker' Darrell was a little out of it (we took many drugs) and it was funny shit.

im fishing in canada right now so the lodge decided to do some fireworks and after the show the guides decided to have a show of their own and they picked the gas hut to launch them 10 minotes later the whole building caught fire and we had to stand out side for 3 hours while they put it out they finally did but it had gotten 3 feet away from an 800 gallon tank of propane.

Canada day was fun :)
