Does anyone know why Level 1 cheaped out the shirts this year with a plain black shirt?

Yeah I thought I was getting a level1 shirt. Instead I got a black underarmor shirt

i was curious about that too.. the pre orders for the past few years have all come with under armour shirts but they were printed on. it took me a couple moments of searching to realize that they were just blanks this year.
