To celebrate the reactivation of the Joystick NS account we want to give away 5 pairs of Joystick poles + 5 Gulf Beanies this week. The rules are easy, simply send an email to INFO@JOYSTICKSKIING.COM with a quick paragraph about why or how badly you need a new pair of poles.

Feel free to send photos of your current poles for +K (sorry had to!)

Don't forget to include your address in the email in case you win.



Fine Print:
A portion of the proceeds will NOT go to Margetts because the poles are free.

I've had joystick since day 1. Ant gave me a joystick scarf that he hand made because i rocked the poles. Give me a pair so i can have joystick park poles to match my fujas BC poles.

I found one of her books on Amazon years ago. She was a badass woman for sure. If you can find the book Sacred Land Sacred Sex buy it... she goes off about all kinds of crazy shit and there's multiple chapters dedicated to her take on powder snow. Its some hippie shit but so good.

heres my entry since I lost :(

Greetings and salutations Joystick Crew!

I need new ski poles because some scumbag stole my poles while I went to go drain the main vein last winter. I came outside and to my amazement they were gone! I was really heartbroken as I have had to go no-poles which I'm not about that life. In order to tranny find as hard as I do, poles are an essential tool to my trade. Without this piece of the puzzle, I felt lost, like a small wolf separated from the pack in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness. I come to you, fellow skiers and brethren, for a new life and chance to regain my renowned skill/talent this winter.

Alright ya'll... we have seen some amazing entries. Thanks for taking the time to send them in. You are all a bunch of bad asses. We are still narrowing them down to final 5 winners.

If you did not win we have probably messaged you to let you know and give you the chance to buy some ski poles for under $10.00 anyway.

This offer to buy some poles for $10.00 was a kind gesture to show our appreciation for all those who took the time to send a paragraph and photos.. we hope you took it that way!

This person did not seem to appreciate it.. but oh well. He can enjoy his life being a miserable and spoiled human:

Your author left a thread on Newschoolers saying that anyone who thinks they deserve new poles should email you with a reason why. I emailed him/her with my reason, and I did not expect this to turn out to be a cheap way for the author to advertise their merchandise to me. LOSER.

That guy is the definition of sore loser. I would have reacted the same way you did. Great job. My next pair of poles will be Joystick! (I would have gotten some this year, but in about June I was at a shop and they had "old" rental poles for $5, but the guy told me to just take them. I couldn't say no!)
