Problems with M.elihu

I have tried multiple times to order stuff from their website, but an error always occurs when I try to enter the credit card info. Has anyone else experienced problems with this in the past?

Personally, i have had only 100% positive interactions with Miles and M.Elihu, i don't think this should become a thread of cussing out a company, one that had treated the skiing community pretty darn good

bought the first M.Elihu snap. my fav snap of all time love the fit.! and my friends have bought from them, i dont know why you guys are being so hard on these guys. they are the bomb

It's the truth man, no matter how nice a companies clothes are/what their image is in skiing, if they aren't shipping things on time or responding to emails in a timely fashion then there is something wrong. I love all of my m-elihu shit and so do many others, but its just a few young guys (or one?) running the entire thing, and they need to stay on top of their customer service better.
