Who has a Tokina 11-16 canon mount?

Hey guys, haven't posted here in a while. I am in the search for a Tokina 11-16 first gen canon mount lens recite.

I bout my tokina used a year ago and the oils are breaking down in the inner elements. I basically needs some major repairs and Tokina said its under a 3 year warranty, all I need is a reciete, warranty card, or something.

Can anyone help me out?
