Adjustable binding

Do they make a ski binding that you can adjust easily like without tools. I need one because me and a friend are sharing a pair of skis but we have different boot sizes. I was thinking like demo bindings

if you can secure a pair of skis with look/rossi FLUID system, that is the best adjustable, demo style binding. It still holds quite well for agressive skiing. I dont believe you can buy them separately though, so you would need to find a pair of skis that had the system.
