im currently in college in salt lake city but im going home, to NH, over christmas break....anyone know of any good urban areas? i live in the area of Portsmouth, Durham, Concord, Barrington
I live in Durham. UNH has a decent amount of spots, there are UNH spots in mutiny, and some older poorboyz flicks. If you wanna hit some spots or film sometime hmu
There are plenty of spots that would work in Concord, Manch, Plymouth, Durham. Just drive around for a bit in any of those cities real slow and have some creativity. Youll figure it out.
Go to local schools at night and scout out urban, there always is something to hit there, also downtown areas have a lot, I know this is true in my town. Also always wanted to hit this in West Hartford, CT
yeah ive checked a few spots at UNH but I've never actually hit anything, probably gonna try to do that this winter when i come back....im in utah with a kid from durham so ill probably end up there
I live outside of the town that Level 1 shot urban at for Liam Downey's "Long Story Short" segment. One at Fort William Henry (@ 1:11 in video) and another at Lake George High School (@ 1:00 in video) in Lake George, New York.
then again, youre also at UVM which is a pretty big school. theres gotta be something you can find if you take a day and search around the school. ive already started looking a bit around the university of utah...you just gotta hit the stuff at night
burlington highschoool dfd is a classic spot
there are also a bunch of rails on campus people have done.
- the down rail near the davis center
- the 3 green handrails in a row on campus near the hospital. often people would shred the single last one, and then maybe 2 seasons ago LJ winched into them and slid 2 if not all 3 in a single hit. I think its in one of the meathead films
No way, Urban is hard to find in a rural area? Thank you captain obvious! Haha. I spend a good amount of time in Manchester, and there are quite a few spots that I have noticed that would make great urban as long as you have either a winch or a bungie tow in.
forgot to mention.. do NOT try to urban anywhere downtown Boston.. BPD will give you a fat ticket.. I got nailed for $125 a few years back at a handrail near the commons
