Having lived in edinburgh, even though I dont live there anymore, I have to say freezeproshop.
They've fitted me for boots (which were good from the start to the middle of their 3rd season), Helped me find the right ski for me, twice (inc. a special order), have dealt with a few product faults I've had really well, have always been helpful on getting the right other gear and helped spark my interest in ski teching and ski building.
Also from a previous reccomendation I made for them in the on3p distributors search thread:
They're one of the leading suppliers of europe's freeski market. They are a for riders, by riders store and online shop with a focus on providing their customers with only the best quality products.
They have a high customer service standard when it comes to finding the right gear for you and dealing with any issues which arise. With their social networking links you can get personalised advise and answers to any questions, if you cant make it in to the shop. With helpful and knowledgeable staff in store (and on the end of the phone) willing to spend the time going through the options and explaining the products.
They also have a shop team with riders around the UK, Europe and Internationally. The local (UK) scene is a focus of the shop, and they encourage and support growth in the talent and events through sponsorship of riders and events and a presence at events (such as London Freeze). Showing that they really care about the community.
