Hey NS, I'm heading to Wyoming with my dad in March to ski powder at Jackson Hole.
I've never skied powder before, and my only pair of skis are Armada Halos. Obviously, these aren't ideal skis for the type of skiing that's available at Jackson. I'm looking into a new pair of skis that would be suitable for this (not just buying for one trip - moving out to Vancouver for University next year). I'm looking for a good powder ski that will do fine on groomers as well.
On Jackson Hole's website (http://www.jacksonhole.com/top10jhgear.html), they mention K2 Coomback skis and Volkl Gotamas. I've been looking at a few other skis like the On3P Billy Goats, and the JJ/AKJJ from Armada. Any suggestions would be great; I really have no knowledge about powder skiing/skis.
