I broke 40 mph on my longboard for the first time today
I went 35mph one time and I went to do a check before a stop sing and the board threw me on the ground. The sound of my helmet exploding was apparently the most grossest sound he has ever heard. I also fell on my hip and had nerve loss for 4 months and a bit of road rash. Didn't feel like I was going that fast but damn do I wish I had more than a helmet and slide gloves.
Chest parallel to the ground, 80% of the weight on your front foot, raise your back heel more to help this. Right now it looks like you have a lot of the weight in the backseat, which is as bad in longboarding as it is in skiing.
