Why would it be so?
boil the ramen
i take a 1/4 onion, chop it up
mix two eggs
heat up the pan, and ad a healthy (non excessive) amount of vegetable butter (dunno what its called in english)
soften the onion in the pan, ad ramen and mix around and let fry to your preferation
add the eggs and mix around, season with salt and pepper and let fry tou your preferation.
Don't see how that's "really unhealthy"? if you know what nutritions you need it's not that bad as you portray it. and as i said, I have not had any problems with it.
