Not bad! Good riding, good angles. I just have a few notes:
I wouldn't have included the shots of the bugs. DH edits are fast pace, which is what draws the attention of the viewer, unlike skiing which normally relies on individual tricks to keep the viewer watching. The bug shots took me out of the zone when I was watching it. However, if the song had slowed down for a second, it would have been a great spot for it because the song already takes away the viewer.
I'd do away with the post lens flare. Every little kid who knows how to puts lens flares into an edit does it. I liked how it built up to the drop in the song, but there's plenty of other ways to do that. It would've been a bad place for a non-biking shot like your bug shots.
I also didn't love the ending. It was very abrupt. For example, I like to see a shot of the rider riding far away from the camera as the song fades out (although it can be slightly cliche), or the rider loading his bike onto his car.. just something like that. Just a quick little "cool down lap" if you know what I mean. You did a great job easing the viewer into it with your intro, now you just have to ease the viewer out.
