Not sure if this is a repost of not. I was not able to make it up to if3 this year, but looking at the results I was a little surprised that Stept did not win "best jib flick". I have not seen Partly Cloudy yet so I am a little biased, but I was blown away by how powerful Mutiny was. It did something that no ski movie I had seen before had ever done. It actually told a story. I am wondering what everyone else thinks about the competition between Stept and any other urban movies.
I'm pretty sure jib means the entire park scene in general, not just urban. Or at least the shots they showed during the nominations at if3 showed park stuff but that makes sense. I haven't seen partly cloudy yet so either so I can't tell you for sure.
Yeah that makes sense, I just really felt stept was doing something different and deserved a award for it. Level ! very well could have put out a great movie I just feel stept deserves some serious recognition for their efforts this season.
