If I had the money for tires and the engine and shit I would do it. I would do it in something more modern because 240's are 75% rust on the east coast. I'd probably put a twin turbo RB in a FRS or 350z. But overall I would just take either the mk4 Supra or the R34.

I'll probably be the only one to say... I cant stand those god damn lights of those Pagani's!! If they were similar to a Veilside NSX's lights I'd convert the gas to be my semen.

I am totally like the INSANE amount of engineering and thought that goes in to hypercars and supercars, but a lot of them just look ugly to me. Like that Pagani or the hot-wheels looking one on the top of this page, I feel like they get so focused on designing individual parts to extreme function and engineering, that when it gets put together it just doesn't look visually good as it is technically good.

I can't be the only one who thinks this

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the Zonda (probably one of my favorite cars), but the Huayra just doesn't do it for me. It just doesn't look right to me personally

And like with the Sesto Elemento and the Egoista, they just look so toy like and caricature-ised compared to the Lambos like the Murcialago up through through the Aventador

I am a big fan of Ferrari, Aston, and McLaren; cars that don't have that edgy, toy look to them like the lambos or huayra posted. They have more smooth and classy, more timeless looks to them rather than hot wheels tech

I do have a spot for that "crazy" feeling, but "something" like an Aston. Maybe it's me, but I love Astons. They're beautiful. And plus the One-77.... Love. To each their own.

I love intentionally driving EXACTLY the speed limit, or five under, in front of people like you and watching you rage in my rearview mirror. I know you're not a cop, you know I know you're not a cop, but now you have to sit behind me and get pissed off because you're driving a car that make most people believe you're a cop.

All I could think about the whole time was how much money these guys must be losing. I know that hypercars almost never turn a profit on sales (bugatti for example), but I mean the titanium bolts alone account for 10% of the cars selling price. Add 8 years of R&D and the salaries of all of paganis highly skilled workers, jesus! I know that the product is very inelastic so they can charge whatever they want but still. Must be some serious funding from outside companies or something

Not AS realistic, but all three are realistic, so they go under the realistic heading. I wasn't about to make a fourth category, three was already too many.

This reminds me, I forgot the McLaren F1, probably my ultimate dream car other than maybe the Koenigsegg.

they sell each car for more than a million dollars... and no, Pagani is a small, independent company started by Horacio Pagani. the family is extremely rich and he just builds what he always dreamed of: his own, ultimate hypercar. they source their engines from AMG (a firm owned by Mercedes that tunes only Mercedes) so they don't have to build those themselves.

And you're right, Bugatti lost money on every car they sold, but they're owned by VW, which is a massive company, and can afford to lose the money. I'm excited to see what the future brings concerning Bugatti, they're building a new car...

Bugatti is honestly a very uninteresting company to me. Their prewar cars are fucking INCREDIBLE though, gorgeous and, at the time, some of the best performing cars on the market. However I feel like since the EB110 came out >20 years ago, theyve always been a one-trick-pony kinda sub-brand that VW uses to barf out some insane beast of a hypercar, break some records, and then sell some to rich people at a huge loss until people lose interest. the new bugatti will be exactly that. theyre nothing but volkswagens "showing off" brand, while audi provides the mid-high end luxury/sports cars that actually sell.
