So my doctor is a complete fuck, and will not call me back to answer my question. I am tired of waiting, so NS, for those of you that have encountered this injury, how long until you could Ski again? I am on my 8th month of recovery, and early season rates are going to end soon, what should I do? A: Hold off until next season, B: Get a season pass, and shred.
I shattered my kneecap on January 2nd in 2010 and wasn't able to do anything super active until May-ish, but it doesn't sound like your injury is quite as serious. You should only be out for about 8-10 weeks.
Didn't read OP. You should be completely fine at this point. I had surgery and everything when I shattered my patella and was skiing pretty hard on it after 10 months without any issues. Definitely listen to whatever your doctor tells you though
Nigga, I was racing motocross last weekend and crashed on a 110ft triple and got landed on. I have 4 broken ribs, 3 fractured vertebrae, lacerated kidney, bruised liver and a punctured lung. And damn sure I'm gonna ski when it snows.
