Things you should know about mushrooms?

So my brother came home after work just a few hours ago and he told me had shrooms and he wants me to babysit him. So here I am sitting next to him, half an hour after he's eaten them. He's a first timer and I've never done them before, what should I do to make sure he doesn't have a bad trip?

your brother's a dumbass. you don't do them by yourself the first time you do them. I tripsitted last weekend for a few of my friends actually. People often have bad trips when they're alone so just stay with him, keep him busy, and you'll both be fine.

explain to him that he is a worthless spec living on a giant rock floating through space. make sure to emphasize that in the grand scheme nothing he does matters, and that without him the world would still continue to thrive completely normally.also i recommend talking to him through a darth vader voice changer, as he will understand more thoroughly. Another precaution one would take to ensure a good trip is to play whale mating calls throughout the house and lock all the doors so he cannot escape and harm others or himself. happy mushrooming, hope i helped!

Go grab a bucket or something in case he pukes. They are quite literally toxic and its very common to vomit while on them. Other then that, give him things with strange textures to play with, it can be mind blowing.

Go to a pet store and buy a pound of crickets, take off your brothers clothes and throw them all over him. Take a video and snapchat it to all his friends

He won't have a bad trip as long as you keep him busy and shit. And don't really talk about him having a bad trip. As long as he's happy and excited to be trippin then he'll be fine.

There are two types of people I hate being around when I'm tripping, and those are sober people and people who have never taken psychedelics before. Honestly, you have no idea what your brother is about to go through, so just shut the fuck up, let him do his thing, and just sit there to make him comfortable.

He's about 2 and a half hours in now. We moved upstairs to my room and hes laying down on the bed. I put some colorful christmas lights on for him. He's sort of just staring and shit and softly laughing. He keeps saying my curtains are moving. We calculated it and the effects should were of like an hour before he has to go to school. He also keeps taking things down, like my mirrors and some artwork I have up. He says it creeps him out haha

If his mind is rested and he is thinking about having a good trip he will be fine! You won't bad trip unless you are thinking about some fuck top shit that worry you

i think someone said this but dont just sit there and ask him what he sees. you should trip too or something like that, tripping without someone else who is also tripping sucks/ and can be scary
