What is style? So many people today think that the definition of style has to be b-dog and henrik, but why can't style be what you want? All my friends tend to think to have style, you have to be like henrik and casabon, but really style is what you make it. I think you develop your own style and thats what defines you as a skier and makes you different from all the other guys. I'm not saying henrik and b-dog don't have style, because they have alot of it, I just think there is no one definition of the right or the best style in skiing. So first question: Whats your style in skiing? And then second question: what inspires your style? Is there a skier you model your style after or something else? What/who inspires you to ski?
Style, in my opinion, is someones way of riding. You can tell just by looking at how they hit rails and jumps what their specific style is. I personally look up to Shea Flynn style wise, but style is just how you throw tricks and grabs
