Statistics, well-founded information, and love for your school are all amazing things to have. The hard truth in the grand scheme of things are that the two schools are on the exact same level. Allow me to elaborate.
When you exit college, degrees are basically lumped into three categories:
1. IV League
2. Universities/State Colleges
3. Community Colleges
For 95% of the paths you'll take after college, the only thing that matters is that you hold a piece of paper saying you completed a course of study from either number one or number two.
There are only two reasons that acquiring an IV degree would matter. Either you're going into politics, or you're trying to attend an IV league graduate program.
The ranking of your school might matter also if you're trying to get into med school or law school, but the more important thing is your GPA, class rank, and well-roundedness as a person.
For the rest of your jobs out there, all people care about is that you finished something from an accredited school. they won't even check the ranking of your school. They don't fucking care. They'd rather see that on top of getting a 3.75 GPA, you also held a part-time job, were in and/or ran some kind of on-campus club or extracurricular activity, or did something else to better your community. They want to see that not only can you absorb information like a boss and write papers and prove yourself as a student, but also that you can be a contributing member of society while you do that.
So in the end, like I said in the first place, you can't go wrong with either, just pick a place you'll be happy.
