What are some must-have blu rays?

So I finally got a blu ray/dvd player and I'm watching Life of Pi on it right now. The quality is fucking awesome. Any other recommendations for movies that look really cool on blu ray? So far I have the Great Gatsby, Skyfall, and Life of Pi.

I just bought "A Company Man." It doesn't necessarily need to be on Blu-Ray but it's pretty damn good

They dont necessarily get more money, Blu-ray is more expensive to make therefore price is higher but profit remains the same...

Thus far Man of Steel, The Dark Knight, Avatar, and the Bourne movies have been my favorites. Looking to get a couple of the Harry Potters, Casino Royale, Planet Earth, and Inception. Any more recommendations?

Hellboy II.

It actually wasn't a bad action scifi flick, but more than that the visuals, especially given the saturated colours, are spectacular.

that sounds good. i'd add that if you or your buddies like animated films at all, those really show a difference in bluray/good HD. i had never thought about it much until i watched UP in hd on a nice tv and i was blown away by how good it looked

there are so many to choose from. Check out blu-ray.com they have a huge listing of movies with great reviews. One major tip though, just because it's a blu ray doesn't mean it's super sick. Do your homework before you buy. Not every movie is treated with the same care when they transfer it to HD

Maybe I'm old school but I think buying a blue ray of something you have on dvd is retarded.

Why not just hook a computer up to your tv and download them. YOLO.

Casino Royale
Dark Knight Rises
World War Z
Life of Pi (insane)
Avatar (insane)
The Great Gatsby
Oblivion

And there are obviously terrible movies that look good CGI-wise on blu ray:
Pacific Rim
Man of Steel
etc...
