NEED HELP!!! Fatigue pant sizing

Ok guys so I'm ordering safari fatigue pants tonight so I need help fast I want that skinny look but still a little Baggie I can't decided to get ether the large or extra large...I want the look of keefer or kutcher in the pants Im 5'11 maybe 6 foot I haven't checked in awhile What do you guys think

Keefer is like 5'10 I think and wears xl. Get xl for sure
