Crazy flash flooding in Boulder, Colorado right now. We went out to check it out, car got flooded, abandoned the car, walked to the Virtika warehouse and got tubes, and went tubing down the bike path through Boulder at 3am. Good times.

Also, I love seeing the difference in reaction to flooding in certain areas.

-Normal US town - Sandbagging, some get scared as hell and MAYBE an evacuation if it gets serious

-Normal US College town - Go outside, drink, tube, instagram, nobody is to worried

-3rd world nation - 700 dead and humanitarian aid from other nations

This flood is a lot more serious than most people realize. At work tonight I talked to a handful of middle aged people that lost their houses and are completely devastated.

When you live in Boulder you always hear about the massive Big Thompson flood that killed ~140 people, as of tonight this flood is officially bigger.
