It's flooding in boulder right now. Makes me optimistic for a powder filled season! any thoughts?

Yes many:

A lot of this moisture is monsoonal flow which for southwestern colorado means good news. However for northern colorado the flow of moisture comes from the northwest when we get a lot of snow. This is based on climate history. However, since the world is changing and weather patterns are so unpredictable, you never know i guess. Up here in Breck there has been a lot of moisture lately. I guess like all the winters in our lives, we must wait and see. That is the only prediction valid.
