I purchased this slider two months ago and have yet to use it in a production. Once I got it I realized that a smaller, more transportable slider would be a better choice for me so I am looking to hook a Newschooler up before I return it. As you can see on the Rhino website, the slider retails for $550 but I managed to purchase it at a discounted rate because I was in Seattle and knew the owners of the company. The slider has only been tested and used in my house and has never been outside surprisingly. I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10 since it is opened and keep in mind that it is a frictionless system based upon rollers (I believe that's supposed to be better?). I would like $425 shipped to the US but will be open to negotiations.
PS: The QR adapter does not come with the slider, I was just too lazy to take it off.
Product description from Rhino:
"The Rhino Slider equips you to film 48" of cinematic glory. The system is based on 6 rollers filled with 12 sealed ball bearings mounted to a hard-anodized aluminum carriage. There is so little friction you can use gravity to move your shots. Locking all-terrain legs come standard with non-marking custom molded rubber feet that will grip to anything."
