Best skiing out west

So this year I'm looking to take a trip out west (most likely late november or december) and I was wondering what resort/resorts would be best. I'm looking to ski some great park, but if possible a little bit of pow. Any thoughts?

If you're in the area, you could check out Chads Gap. I hear its pretty legendary out there.
