Having trouble uploading a thumbnail for a remotely hosted video?

I've uploaded a video through Vimeo, and followed the instructions NS has given for doing so, but for some reason it doesn't give me an option to insert/choose my thumbnail for the video. "Video Remotely Hosted" is what is applied as my thumbnail icon. This is the first time I've uploaded anything to NS, any advice on how to change this or why it's happening?

because you aren't hosting the video on NS... if you want a thumbnail, it has to be on here not vimeo

There are tons of videos uploaded every week that are not hosted by NS but still have thumbnails.

?I feel like this is the reason I don't get as many views my video has no thumbnail and I cant change it, and I have seen other people upload through vimeo?
