Bluehouse Skis now 100% handmade in America

This summer I started interning at Bluehouse. Like most people, I didn't know a whole lot about the company other than how inexpensive their skis are. I heard rumors about poor quality, and how they're just crappy Chinese skis, but this is the furthest thing from the truth. Bluehouse really is a company for the skier. They listen to your suggestions,ideas, and comments in order to bring you the best ski possible. In addition to their superior customer service, and direct retail price, Bluehouse moved all production to Salt Lake City, where all skis are handmade by skiers. With powder skis like the Yokozuna (152-122-149) priced at only $519.00 I would highly recommend taking a look at their website http://bluehouseskis.com/

why do you have a really high price slashed with a normal price bellow it? $500 isn't exactly an amazing deal. Your website comes off as some try hard warehouse blowout.

Got a fantastic deal on MR 181's for 130$ last year.

PRO: Really fun and flexy ski

CON: Horrendous durability. Had delam and edges coming out by dec/jan.

I really hope you guys do take off, but I'll have to start hearing some different reviews before you get my money again. It seems like the experience I had with my pair is an all too common story amongst the ski world....

Nah, I just said fuck it. I figured the next pair they'd send wasn't going to be any more special than the last time from all the word i've heard about bluehouse.

And I bought them on sale which voided the warranty of tradeback.

ive also owned a pair of MR and same thing happened. I would like to get another pair of them but im sacred spend my hard earned money over because i dont know if there gonna deliver a more qualitity ski

i would like to get a pair tho to make a review and test em out because if they have improved hopfully more people will buy them and the brand will and can take off

I had Antics last year, they seem to have a weak core. Started to develop rocker by the end of the seaso.

On the new park skis, the mcfly's, they now have a different core, thicker edges and thicker base. the rockered version of the mcfly is my favorite park ski I've personally ever owned. As far as durability, it should be a ton better this season since they're built in SLC. The overall quality should be a lot better.

I got the antics and they were fine. The camber underfoot is pretty much flat now but they are still really fun to butter around on and I definitely haven't had any other durability issues after a full seasons use.
