I'm looking to buy some armada magic j's.. I was looking for 180s but found a good pair of 190s. Would these be too big or just right for me, 6 feet tall.

How much do you weigh, how old are you and how strong a skier are you?

6 feet, 180ish, 16 years old and would consider myself an intermediate skier but I'm looking for a ski to last me far into the years to come. I live in mn so I don't have the best pow but just want a pow ski that's fun to mess around with and for the occasional trips to the mtns. I'm set now with armada halo 2013s so I want a different ski for more versatile skiing.

Well it would be ok but not the most playfull at your height and weight it would make a good charger ski, but its not going to be easy for you to throw around and won't be great in trees ect. If you looking for a fun playfull pow ski the jj may work better for you.

JJs would work awsome too but I think if you did go with the Magic Js going with the 180 might be better if your not a very advanced rider. I have rode the JJs for 6 seasons and rode the magic Js last year. They are similar but the magic j has a lot bigger turn radius and a little stiffer but still a playful ski. I have I got a used pair if you want in a 180. thewhiteroom
