Go camping for the last weekend of summer with a few buddies. Grad campout is tonight, so I was asking them for rides there so I would actually have one when the time came around.

Friend One, "It seems pretty gay, if I go I can drive you."

This kid, I ask him if he's going, he says yes. Ask for a ride, "Oh, im taking two other people."
So he's not driving me, and he's fucked me over constantly through summer too, so pretty much just fuck this kid in particular.


Friend Two, "Yeah man for sure"
He's driving another kid, same shit exactly. Best thing is I funded this guys beer for the entire camping trip.




So I guess fuck my friends, not sure what to do or say to either which is dope too.

Best thing I've learned through the last couple years: don't rely on your friends for anything. If they say they're going to do something, always be prepared for them to bail on you. I've gotten into a couple pretty heated arguments with friends after they've bailed on me last second and pretty much screwed me over in terms of planning trips, buying tickets and organizing rides. Honestly though, in the end it's not even worth it to be a dick about it. They may be lazy sacks of shit but in the end they are still your friends (in most cases). Get used to doing stuff by yourself, its not that bad.

I could totally see it being like this, because i'm a fucking dick, if all of them didn't text me and ask if they can come to my house, hang out, and blaze, daily. It's an odd friend group, and the second guy admitted he fucked up and is actually driving me now.



Guess if i'm upset with my friends texting them is a solution, not calling them idiots on newschoolers.

I have two issues with this, I would have to steal a car, and I would have to drive said stolen car back to school tomorrow morning drunk.


also I don't have a license or a vehicle, as I get it in like a month.

Idk man, shit happens. Somebody bailed on giving me a ride to tenn last year so I had to find a last minute ride the day of.

Was going to go out to washington this summer but I had 3 rides fall through.

Make back up plans on back up plans and then more back up plans and then a plan for just in case all of those fail. Other wise get a car and drive yourself there.

Maybe don't give them all the booze in advance so they have a reason to bring you?

It's so hard to follow honestly. It's kind of middle school girl drama type shit. If they're dickheads then stop being friends with them or at least don't rely on them. You don't have to block them on facebook and vow to never speak to them, but you probably shouldn't assume you can trust them to help you out.


I've constantly been trying to become more the person who I want and 1 issue that I finally got over was not caring if people like you. Not caring in terms of staying up sleepless nights because I wasn't friends with everyone, but in terms of trying to keep things on friends terms when it wasn't working out.


You have to be able to just say fuck it, I don't wish anything bad on them but the whole friends thing isn't happening, move on. There are a shit ton of people in the world, I'm sure you can find some that have more common interests, are less douchey, or whatever else you're looking for.

Just be nice to people and talk to strangers. I'm not even really friends with the people I grew up with. We were just stuck in a space together for school or where we lived. For the most part we're cool, it's just that I have other people that I have more in common with or seem to fit in with my life where it is now.

Basically I'm saying don't worry about it. Every friend you have now was once a complete stranger. If you stop chilling with these kids it doesn't mean you'll be friendless for the rest of your life.

Based on this thread and the other that got bumped, it sounds like you guys don't gel that well. If you feel they're taking advantage of you but not doing anything about it because you want to stay on good terms, fuck that shit. Don't be selfish, but at the same time don't forget about your own happiness. If you're friendship is loaded with drama and bad vibes, move on.

The world isn't perfect, there will always be some bad shit that happens, but you need to try and steer around some of the shit and to help keep your life positive.

I have so much in common with all the people who i hangout with, but no one else in my town. Its not even drama, hes just too fucking dumb to help it i think. I dont know, theres a few people who i dont plan on hanging out with after highschool, and he's made that list now.

I mean, making multiple threads about shitty friends, there's clearly some drama and a problem.


I wasn't saying that you might not have stuff in common with them, but if your friendship is going to leave you in this spot on the regular maybe it isn't worth it?

texting would have been a better solution to this problem than going straight to ns and bitching about them.

I fucking hate using texting as a solution for problems, when my girlfriend told me she cheated on me over text, it was the only time in my life I have felt the urge to hit a girl.

do what i did...become really popular by throwing bomb ass parties and always get free booze and rides everywhere. and weed. it's amazing...all i ddi was throw 9 or 10 bummpin parties and i help throw a lot of kids's parties now...i get hooked up all the time and bitches think i'm cool for it. i'm a senior and i just got my license....still the biggest partier in my school. find a solution pussy.

Next time you go camping with them, rub poison ivy on their bun wad. Then kick back, crack a beer and wait for the severe anal carnage.

PS- Don't forget to bring your own, non infected TP, and wear gloves when you are rubbing it on theirs.

If you really want to take it to the next level, bring a bottle of calamine lotion and cortezone cream, and make them pay ridiculous sums of money for it. They might even sign the title of their cars over to you for it. Easy way to get your own whips.

Here in BC, when your in Highschool you have 2 level's of licences. The L which you need a person over 25 with a valid class 5 drivers lisence with you for you to be able to drive. And then you have you N which I assume is the case here where you can only have 1 passenger in the car who isn't an immediate family member. So basically you can only have 2 passengers.
