yea dub misties are probably the safest to try actually since you don't really get fully inverted when your doing them, so most of the time if you fall, you just fall on your side and its no big deal...start by doing some misty 630s to your back. don't set any more flippy than you would a misty, just set a misty five but harder than usual. try to make the second flip a switch flat/cork 3 or 5 instead of just a back flip.
dub lincolns are similar to that. you do have to make sure you commit so you don't land on your head, but if you miss your landing a bit you'll just land on your side and be fine.
dub backflips are really easy to do once you get them, but they are the most dangerous for sure. you'd want to get some backflip to backs dialled in first. Under and over rotating backflips sucks, often resulting in you smashing your head, or shooting off the tramp.
But i don't mean to scare you out of them, all of these tricks are pretty easy once you get them, but just be careful.
