Hey guys, my Twalls came with a flex 6 but its obvious that its not going to hold up for me in the steep and deep. So I need your advice, for someone who is 150lb, which would be better for charging on pow days ? And if anyone has a flex 8 or 10, I'd be down to trade a new Ipod nano 5th gen for it. + K for helpful answers.
Well an 8 will be the equivalent of a 100 flex and 10 about a 120. So you can compare that to previous boots you have had. At 150 your pretty light so you may be ok with an 8 but if you really charge and ski hard go 10.
Thanks for the input tom. Already had you at 10/10. But im assuming that my voodoos were about a flex 8 at the hard setting, and those were waaay to soft so I felt really unstable when I was charging, so I think I'll go 10. Thanks ! If anyone else has experience with either I'd appreciate it
I'm 150 pounds and ride 10's exclusively. I tried 8's and they felt mushy compared to the 10. Though after multiple park days I do sometimes find my self wanting a slightly softer flex, but it's not that big of an issue. The 10 skis best for sure.
Thanks man, I have the 6 flex for park and just screwing around on the mountain, sounds like a 10 flex is what I need. Do you know of anywhere that I could pick up a pair for less than $50 ?
