I remember last year when I used to play footbal(I was a freshman at the time), my school's athletic trainer told my team that chocolate milk helps restore your muscles, and you have to drink it within the first 20 minutes after practice.

Depends on the kind of milk. The reason chocolate milk is good for recovery is the protein in it, as opposed to sports drinks like gatorade that have carbs but no protein. If a vegan milk has protein it will be just as helpful in muscle recovery as cow milk would be
Anyways I'm semi lactose intolerant so I drink choco almond milk instead. It's delish. Chocolate Soy milk is fantastic too, competitive with regular chocolate milk, but it contains carrageenan which I am opposed to

And my great grand parents all lived into their late 90s, my grandma is 90 and she's insanely healthy. Guess what they ate? ANIMALS and ANIMAL PRODUCTS get fucked chicken.
