Well, Welch Village in MN decided to once again not make jumps this year as some gaper practically broke his neck bombing a jump like 5 years ago.

Eldora in colorado, the owners are assholes, the park always has shit features, and the population of the mountain consists of gapers and ski raceing 5 year olds

Being from Massachusetts, there are many REALLY SMALL ones in my state. Not that any of them are shittier than the next, but just real small places that I'll probably never go to.

if anyone skied in france or ever been there: Les Houches, I mean Les Fucking Houches, highest point is like 1200, only chairlifts and 2 button lifts, all slow as hell, 13 lifts in total and the snow is always always fucking mixed with dirt/leaves. The park is 2 jumps (like 20 inches) and two boxes that you can't slide cos they're wrecked. Worst part: 300 fucking euros for a 3day pass...WTF?

The trash hills in the midwest might be the worst, some have good parks but all are cold as balls and icy 24/7

Mt Bachelor has had some pretty piss poor customer service since Powder Corp started running the show. Not sure if they still are.

They extended the young adult pass to 26 so thats a huge win

I would have to say the four lakes in Lisle IL has to be the worst I've ever been to.

Ashamed to say that I have skied there, if that's what you call skiing.

This.

Kids seem fucking spoiled these days. I've been to everything from 250 ft vertical hills to fucking Val Thorens with like 7000 ft vertical and i've had an absolute blast in all those places. It's what you make of it.

Paoli Peaks in general sucks dick (southern IN) but has a decent park. Then Perfect North is actually pretty legit for being in Indiana. Same goes for Mad River in OH, but granted most places in the Midwest fucking suck hard.

They were open for a day in MAY in the Midwest for a spring clean camp, nothing about that sucks. And there park is decent. But PNS shits on them.

West Mountain, NY. Filed for Chapter 11 earlier this summer and they haven't improved the mountain in a long time. I'm glad that Barbone was de-throned as GM of that crap hole by Apex Capital and the lift tickets the past few years have been overpriced. The only thing I like about that place is that they had $17 5 hr. lift tickets.

Seriously, it's a downhill ice-rink on the side of an old landfill. I almost twisted the lower half of my leg off there when I was like 6, but that was back when I was made of rubber so its all good. That's where I learned to ski and I will love it forever <3

Its because peter is a cunt, thats why they dont have jumps, or a real park anyway of you go around the back areas there are cool little jib park stuff around the place.

any place where i don't have to walk up the hill is ok by me....hell, even places i do have to walk are pretty rad. basically, if i can ski it, it doesn't suck.

West had crazy history though, I really hope somebody can make it work and reopen it. It would be such a huge bummer if that chair rusted to scrap.

Someone please find the article about the chair at West that was one of the first ever built in the 1800s and use for the Oregon trail I believe?? That shit is just so fkn cool.

Gotta say Deer Valley is pretty shitty. They have some fun groomers when they aren't clogged with geriatric fucks. I have never been to a resort where so many people are old and fucking blow at skiing.


Daly chutes are tizzight though. Basically anything off the groomers stays untouched for almost weeks sometimes because everyone is so shitty there.
