I recently purchase the skis he was selling in his threadas seen here. https://www.newschoolers.com/ns/forums/readthread/thread_id/754451/ Just so everybody knows, I do have the skis in my possession. But before I made the purchase, me and him talked for a while and I asked him all the basic questions of how many mounts, condition of base and edge, etc. in his thread, he said "botttem of skis are Fuckin mint" and through our talking he said the edge are sharp and ready to go............................ ...............................Upon the arrival of the skis, I find that the skis are in worse condition than he said. The skis had 3 edge cracks(if you want pics I can get them). 1 was on the left ski which wasn't bad at all. The other 2 are on the right ski and are about 2 inches away from each other. 1 of which is bumped up along with some of the base and it looks ready to pull out. The other is sticking out a little......................................................... After seeing this, I texted him back and told him the situation. He went on to say he didn't know they were there, didn't see them, haven't rode them in a while so he didn't know about them, and then blaming me for not asking for more pictures from him. Every excuse was complete bullshit and I asked for some of my money back( which I think is better than asking to return them). This was last Wednesday. He continued to say text me back Friday when I get my paycheck because I spent the money you sent me to pay me credit card. I did so. And he hasn't replied(to no surprise) since last Wednesday and I even PM'ed him on here. He's been on ns so there's no excuse of him not seeing my PM.................................... This thread is just to warn other buyers of him.

I had this happen to me but a little different. The guy couldn't ship the skis and was leaving the country so he return 150 out of my 210 total. He said he would get me the 60 bucks ASAP but never did. PayPal awarded the case in my favor so I got back the full 210 dollars and I got to keep the 150 the guy sent me, which I'm not giving back to his scamming ass because he never contacted me after he said he couldn't ship. If you sent the cash with PayPal buyer protection, open a case. Best case scenario you get your cash back and keep the skis.

You have to wait 7 days I think before you can open a case with paypal. When that happens give them all the info they need and provide pictures of how the item was damaged/ not what you paid for. If the seller doesn't respond, they will award the case in your favor and give you back the cash. I don't know what they will do since you already have the item but call them and find out.

Kids a clown I literally showed him so many pictures to the point he even said that's all he needed, he asked me a million questions about them. They have been sitting in my closet for a year not have I rid them in awhile, so this semi call out is so rediculious I mean you can say what you want to feel better at night to get the boxes and shipping cost me around 40$ which I only put the skis up for 100$ plus shipping told him there was cracking and top sheet damage so I to begin with never made any money I just wanted go get rid of them so for you to ask for your 40$ is rediculious I'm looking forward into the almighty pay pal battle :)

Even if this is true, PayPal buyer protection covers him if the item was not as "described". I can tell this case is gonna be a bitch, you two should work it out instead of going through the trouble of shipping skis back and forth.

Basically if you say the "botttem of skis are Fuckin mint" people expect minimal base and edge damage. Besides that, without a copy of the message exchange, we cant really know what happened between you guys.

Haha that's so funny. Just because they're were sitting in your closet doesn't mean you don't know what condition they're in. When someone asks me about the condition of something, I look at that product. I don't go off what I remember from a yet ago. Also, I paid more than you wanted to cover shipping and Paypal fees. Oh and one doesn't simply not know he has 3 edge cracks on his skis. I don't want to get all my money back but if you're not going to refund me some of it, I won't have a choice.

they are a 10 and under din heres the scps on them:

10 Din and below bindings: I would recommend a 10 din and under binding for light weight skiers. Even for a skier who is rates themselves as level III ability, if they are under about 120lbs a 10 din might even be a bit much depending on the min setting of the binding. For reference, a din chart estimates a din of 6 (varies slightly depending on a few factors) for a level III skier between 108-125lbs.

I'm gunna double Check because I want to give you the exact size but off the top of my head it's pretty large I remember I was first learning I bought them because they had a big din range and I didn't to now much about it so I was like ok one of these will fit, ill let you know within the next hour ok I can send you a pic of the measurements or just tell you it doesn't matter to me

It's the orig mounts have has the same bindings off them, I'm the only owner and yes center mount the edges are not bad there sharp but there used but honestly ots sucha ready to go ski and great for like newer to novice skierd

I want some money back because they aren't worth what I paid! You can't think it's "ok" to sell people damaged ski equipment without telling them and then saying "it's no big deal." You said text me Friday when I(you) get my paycheck. I did and you didn't answer.

Because you were being annoying man they were ducking beater skis everyone on ns can go and look at them.. My bad I didn't even look at the edges I was riding them with them never even noticed them, and skiiowa he lived pretty Close so it wasn't to bad but the boxes were 18 and change and 20$ through usps which is the post office
