I thought woodsy's second run was so much cleaner than his first, suprised his score didn't increase

Haha instead of either going to watch the finals live or ski at my local resort as im working in nz for the season i also wasted a good few hours watching, thats what a going for a few after work does i guess though! Still tmie well spent in my view!

Nick did bang super hard on the switch dub 9 scremen and it is a sick trick. Id rather see him do that than a switch dub 14 but i still think his run wasn't as good as woodzy's as a whole run. I just feel like most of the stuff that goepper does looks a bit robotic and forced which i don't like as much as some of the other riders. In the end style is opinionated. Not trying to hate just discuss.

Look near the top of this thread. Goepper oozes style just in a more clean way than others. I don't understand the hate. His whole game is on point and is a super nice dude

If you could see him ski where he learned at PNS no one would ever say he was robotic again. Just look where he came from. And not to mention he skis better than all of us so why hate, if its not your style he still shits on your either way. And I promise if you took him to an urban sesh he would still shit on you.

Agree he slays, and is consistent. Hasn't he gone to school for a few years at Windells Academy though? So he's probably skied a lot more than just in Indiana? He's starting out hot this season for sure. Woodsy too and he's from Great Brit!

He has had much experience outside of Indiana but still the fact that, that is where he grew up and learned the basics to grow from is just amazing especially to see where he is now!! But I agree everyone is doing very well and I imagine Sochi will be one for the books as far as slopestyle goes!

Yeah, he got a full ride to windells after someone saw him killing it at ohio dreams. Still, for 14 years he skied mainly in the flattest state in the country. To come out of that as one of the best slope skiers in the world is nothing short of amazing.

Yeah, before Kerry Miller saw him, Nick was selling candy bars on the school bus to get money to get to the local ski hill. Kid has passion, talent, a great coach (Mike Hanley), works hard & deserves to be livin' the dream. Great person, too.
