Well the Al Dentes look fucking sick so if you have the money go for it, havent ridden them though but apparently they're kinda similar to the ARV but more buttery. and for the full tilts, just look at their website and decide on a couple then go to your local ski shop and try em on
I have the tom wallisch boot, and it is perfect for riding park, but it is also poosible to take it offpist. You can also change the tongue to different flexes, which enables you to modify your boots to what you are going to use it for
Boot wise yeah go get fitted and get what fits. Really full tilts are all the same it's just the tounges, liners and boot board which change all of which are interchangeable anyway. But they may not fit you so don't bother looking for boots yet.
As a soft playfull all mnt ski I love the al dente. It's super playfull but the camber and lateral stiffness means you can still ride in hard. It carves mid and long turns really well. Not great for quick short radius turns. The nose rocker is long so it makes it pretty good in soft snow too. Defiantly more of an all mnt ski then a dedicated park ski. If you like to job the whole mountain as well as the park they are a great choice. If you only e we ski park I would get something a lite more park dedicated.
