i was just on YouTube and the first vid in my "recommended for you" section was the tom wallisch so far so hood bonus. While i was watching it i remembered that this was the first freestyle ski edit i ever watched. this got me wondering about what was the first edit you ever watched?

It was a SAS films edit from Mount Snow back in 2001. The song was Quality Control by Jurassic 5 and I'm pretty sure the rider was Ben Grunow, but I can't remember exactly. I'd say that one has probably been swallowed up by the nethers of the internet.

I can't find the first one, witch was an edit from Folgefonna by skifilm.no (andreas håtveit and crew) back in 2004/2005. Don't think it's out on youtube

Not sure if it was first, but my most memorable ski porn was 1997 TGR "The Harvest". It opened my world up to big mountain slaying! It reeled me in and never let me out! Since that day skiing became what I live every day for... If I'm not on skis...I'm thinking about the next moment I will be!

Some of these are hilariously recent.

Mine was something on freeski colonies back when that existed pre NS. I remember watching some guy do a lincon off a backyard jump, and another with a switch frontflip. Both were pretty crazy

Not a clue what edit i first watched. soul purpose and a warren miller flick that i cant remember the name of was the first ski movie i watched. i got them at a garage sale along with ski movie 2 and adrenaline hunters.

but seven sunny days is what really got me into skiing. that movie will forever be my favourite.
