We regret to say that we’ve just had one of our presses break in our US factory, which has forced another unforseen delay onto our expected delivery date. We now cannot deliver your order until the 15th of January.
Obviously we’re not too happy with the situation, and we find it unacceptable for our customers to have to wait this long to receive their orders, and so would like to offer you a full refund of the original purchase price including shipping.
If you would like to receive your refund please inform us and we will send you your payment via PayPal.
Again, please accept our apologies for the delays, and we thank you for your original purchase and your support. We will have everything fixed for next season and you will be first in line to place an order for next season if you so wish.
