I'm looking into building a pair of custom skis at home. Does anybody know exactly how to layer it properly, how to cut the shape and profile the cores precisely? I know where I can find all the necessary materials. also, I don't need to build anything into them for the bindings, do I? I plan on just getting them mounted at a shop.
Any LEGIT input is appreciated. Haters are not welcome on this thread, I am only looking for advice.
