Verizon Phone Question/Help

So I got a new phone today (Nokia Lumia 928, in case that's relevant) through Verizon and in the status bar at the top it's showing no signal. I can send and receive text messages and shortly after I left the store I made a call successfully. My mother and brother can make and receive calls, so I know it's not location. Is there anyone here who has any idea as to what to do or what might be wrong? Did they mess something up at the store during the activation? Any help is much appreciated and will reap +k. Thanks!
