I need some tips

I'm pretty sure I'm shooting a promotional video for a non profit cafe, who's profits go towards ending human trafficking apparently. Has anyone done something similar? obviously the goal of the video is to highlight their mission/ intentions and get more people to give them business. Any tips?

you should sit down and talk with their art director, or closest thing. Take notes, figure out content, get an idea of their intended direction, etc.
