Sth 12 or 14??

Ok so I'm 5'11 170lbs and I'm gonna mount them on 176 Halo's mostly for Jibbing and smaller jumps (nothing over 30ft) because I live in Michigan... The question is: I can't find any sth 14's with 90mm brakes so should I just go with sth 12's??

Well if you can't find sth14's then you can't get them. But is it only the brake width that is te issue. Sth brakes are super easy to find and a lot of shops will swap bigger brakes for smaller ones for free.

Just so you know though the build of the 12 and 14 is identical so if you end up with 12's they are the same binding just a differnt spring.

As said, the only difference between the 12 and 14 is the DIN range. So really you've got to decide will a 12DIN last you, or are you going to be progressing and needing some room to move you setting up if needed.

I'm aggressive as is so ill just get 100 brake 14's and ask my shop tech if he could do anything if not ill just order some 90 mm brakes
