Looking at the rail section if there not good enough to hit the bigger jumps chances are they wont make it to the bigger jumps. Rail section looks crazy!!
Cool ... That 2nd middle feature looks a bit phallic .. hope it doesn't get the course designer imprisoned in Siberia for some Russian anti-gay law breaking.
they always have ladies' tees like that..? gotta have something for the women and/or people who lose their speed
course looks good IMO. can't realistically hope for an olympic course to be less "stock" and they def put a lot of rail options in there, let's hope that keeps ballerina rail spins to a minimum
I fear every hill in the world may now try to duplicate this design. Not sure the athletes will like the standardization that release of this design could bring. Thoughts, riders?
The farthest rail feature on the right... does this make sense to anyone? The jump onto the the the take off of the rail? Or is it just the fact that this is an animation of what the course will look like?
also re: the dude who said someone should make this in shredsauce, there should be an NS contest where people hit this course in shredsauce and try to lay down the run that takes gold
Couldn't it be pretty stupid of them to release this already? Now some of the athletes would maybe start too practice more on some of the same elements.
That would be a bad thing? I reckon Hatveit has it already setup anyway...
Seriously though, if the guys built these features to practice on it would mean they would be able to throw down crazier tricks at the event, which is definitely something I would like to see.
yes, I thinks that it would be be thrown down more technically crazy stuff, but what about the creativity and style? I just thinks that machine guys would throw down some hard stuff, but I think that you would be more creative if you didn't know the course before you go over there.
What is this? A course for ants? How can we be expected to see skiers compete if they can't even fit inside the venue? The course has to be at least... three times bigger than this!
First section is normal rails second is gap to rails and thrid seaction is jib the course is pretty sick and alot more differnt than other course than i thought
I wonder how big the jumps will end up being. Do you make them massive because it is the Olympics? or do make them similar any other competition so you have everyone comfortable....
i just dont understand the far right first feature. Why did they set it up so you can only hit the down part of it and not the up? also i dont get the far right feature on the third level. i just dont
