it's a good starting point for k2. can't really see the freestyle crowd buying into the k2 boot program just yet. they'll need to come to the table with something different for the twin tip crowd
K2 Sports own Full Tilt, so in a way yes and in away no. Saying K2 Skis own Full Tilt is a bit like saying Salomon owns Atomic because they're both owned by Amer. Also it's worth noting that Full Tilt and K2 Skis will have control over their own boot lines. So for all intents and purposes they are separate companies, despite being both owned by the parent company K2 Sports.
I would maybe give them a year or too to get going. I skied the 130's last season can't remember name but the green ones. They had quite a bit of lateral flex, making them not ideal for freeride use. As a touring crossover they would work ok, but I would not get them as a charger boot. But I'm sure with some more development they will get a good product going.
