What to do around bergen?

Hey there, I'm staying in Norway in September and I have planned a trip to bergen, because of the area and nature. Does anybody know any good places to fish and hike, and maybe a possibility to rent a downhillbike and get some trails done in this area? Maybe a bikepark or some kind of that?
