I took off my bindings from my k2 press and they were already drilled twice on that skis. I now want to put then back on could I put the screws back in the same holes or would they tear out when I'm skiing
If the holes are fine and not stripped, yes (use a bit of wood glue too). If they are stripped, take them to a shop which will helicoil them using the same old holes
Gorilla glue expands when it dries, so that is by far the worst option. The problem with epoxy is that it bonds to the core too well, that if you ever tried to take the screws out again, it would damage the core. Wood glue will hold it enough, but not damage the skis
The skis are made if wood, but more importantly your not gluing the screws in. Your using glue to seal the holes. Wood glue works for this but also allows the screw to be removed without damaging the wood core.
