Can i use surf wax for skis ????

Probably about as well as you could use a candle. Just go get some ski wax

Make sure to get the cold water stuff... Tropical never stays sticky. Or try ski wax.

No. Surf wax melts at a relatively low temperature. It will not hold up to the heat and friction experienced while skiing. Just buy ski wax.

I've used furniture polish for dry slope skiing. I've never tried it on snow, but I wouldn't use it unless you have to, I don't think it does wonders for your bases.

You can use whatever the hell you want. Use a jagged rock to give your bases some structure first.

ski wax makes your skis slidy on the snow... surf wax makes your board sticky... by all means use surf wax if you want to not move
