Will Courtney Love ever be prosecuted for murdering Kurt?
Well? We all know she did it. Multiple people have said she tried to hire them to kill him and he was clearly divorcing her and trying to get her out of his will right at the peak of his fame. Hole didn't get famous until after his death their breakout 1994 CD was released after he died so she wasn't really rich herself at that point.
Do any Seattle based posters know if there is any chance they could reopen the investigation or even press charges against her?
I think she is extremely talented Hole were good and shes a great actress but it really sucks she killed Kurt I loved Nirvana as a kid.
Cobain was strung out and depressed, and put a shotgun in his mouth. Courtney Love is a fucking moron and there is no way she could pull it off without getting caught. Sorry to burst your bubble.
I don't think we'll ever the know the whole story. As a Nirvana fan, it's very easy to blame Kurt Cobain's downward spiral and eventual death on Courtney Love. I believe he killed himself, but I also believe that Courtney helped in driving him to that point.

This whole death conspiracy surrounding Cobain just grabbed my attention and I'm intrigued. Anyone who was involved with murder or doesn't want to admit to it is going to keep their mouth shut and claim it's a suicide no matter what. If you actually take the time to read on the situation, there's much more evidence pointing towards second degree murder then a suicide. Stop being ignorant and get educated on the matter before you start calling cobain a low life heroin addict who has no talent.
I think Love or someone close to Love will admit the truth on their death bed or at some point in history. Until then, this will remain one of the greatest mysteries in the history of the music industry.

kurt had 3 times the lethal dose of herion in his blood, no finger prints on the gun, with the amount of herion that was in Kurt's blood stream there is no way he could pick up a fucking shot gun, and position it and blow his head off, the guy would have been out cold on the ground in a second with that much herion in his system
