hold a sign up cheering on Bryon Wilson and Hannah Kearney at the bottom of the mogul course for me, they're my friends and both olympic medalists already (bronze and gold)

It would also be cool if you did a video series if you also covered the mogul events to, some sick stuff will go down with people bombing down a mogul course and it will enlighten a lot of ns-er's to how cool moguls can be at that level

What if you guys did like a post game kind of show. Like how at the end of the day the XGames will have like a recap show, well what if after major events for skiing you have some sort of recap show and post it on Newschoolers

Honestly, this is a bigger deal that it is being made out to be.
I think that NS should follow the FIRST EVER ski Pipe/Slope athletes at the olympics. I would love to see coverage of the seasoned veterans of our sport in a competitive environment that they have never experienced before. Think about it, pipe and slope have never been 'included' with all of the other traditional winter sports, so we are the total noobs of the olympics. I'd like to see some interviews with athletes from skiing on what their olympic experience is like in relation to any other contest that they have ever done.

It will be cool to see skiings culture clash with the straight edge nature of most other olympic sports. I wanna see Mike D yelling on Russian TV "SAMMY CARLSON JUST SMOKED THE FIRST ON COURSE DOOBIE EVER AT THE OLYMPICS"!!!!

I like the idea of asking us to suggest the content that we want to see. It's a cool tactic. Launching right in:It's been said, but I'd be interested to read/watch some interviews with the athletes talking about their preparation process for the olympic stage. Honestly though, let's get over this amateur "NS picks the questions" nonsense. Ask some actual important stuff that would be interesting for us to find out related to their road to the olympic games instead of some eighth grader's question about how many blunts E Dollo smokes before a slopestyle run. Those get real old real fast.

Also wouldn't mind seeing a breakdown of the athletes' slopestyle runs. Take us through trick by trick somehow either in print, or video so we can relive the best runs/hits on individual features.

Also, also an interview with the guys who design/build the course. That could be good if done the right way.

Its been said but I think webisodes and interviews with medal winners would be sweet. I dont know how the copyright/distribution laws will work with filming the events and such, but highlights would be sweet.

How about we get some pictures of the slope style course and information about how the features will influence and such so that we (NS) get to see and experience the course. Also get interviews from key athletes and get their take on the course and the competition. Also lets see a video of silly NS mods in weird clothing stomping tricks on the course in first person go pro like action. Sound good?

Like others have said, broadcast the Olympics from the Newschooler point of view, all of the stuff we think, check out all of the big names in freestyle competing in Slopestyle with interviews and specialized coverage of what they do in the meantime. NBC knows nothing about how awesome the freestyle skiing scene is, so make a broadcast especially for Newschoolers' people.

I think you should do something like a video series on what all the other athletes think of this new event that has been introduced. For example a couple quick interviews with hockey players, aerial skiers, racers, Nordic, Ski Jumping, snowboarders, and all the other sports.

As well interview the riders on what they think of the course, as well as the coaches on what they think of the new event and also some fans etc.

A party with all the Olympians would also be enjoyable.

Hell even pay one of the athletes to ride the course wearing xxxxxxl clothing and looking like a gangster (David Lesh is hopefully in the Olympics, although he would be disqualified for too much weed and prostitutes)

Any of this would be good

I'm really specifically interested in how hard the other athletes party. They are always portrayed as the most dedicated, disciplined people ever. I know that's not true... i mean I'm sure plenty of them are boring, but there has to be a great number of them that party hard.

And I'm not talking freeskiers, I know how hard they party. I mean, them too, but you should get a crew of freeski guys and see if you can find where the bobsledders, and the downhill guys, and the ice skaters and cross country skiers are partying.
