Can you use Jester and Griffon bindings together????

I have a pair of Jester bindings but am missing the heel piece. i however have access to a griffon heel peice. Can you cross use a jester toe peice and a griffon heel peice ????

I don't see why not, I've heard it used to be really common to mix bindings because they used too sell toes and heels separately

It would be best if you had the same heel piece on both skis, but would probably be good as a temporary thing. Keep in mind a shop won't touch them though.

never done it with marker but ive had mixed look/ rossi bindings on multiple pairs of skis and had no problems

Either way they both fuckin suck. Marks is cheap went threw 4 heel pieces in a few months this season all from landing switch bending the metal. And the company don't care. Fuck marker

OP you should be fine, they both use the inter pivot heel piece. Since you're mounting yourself, you would have to deal with some shops that wont mount then for you. Also just for future reference this kind of thread is better suited to Gear Talk.

i find it funny that you "bent" the metal on what i am assuming is a jester heel piece. seeing as though it's thick magnesium it doesn't bend...it sheers off clean.

i've skied jesters and jester pros for the past three years with absolutely zero problems so i'll stick with my markers.
